White-label

Every site scored on updates, backups, security posture, and performance. You get one sheet, one traffic-light view.
Hardening + baselines
Backups verified, admin locked down, monitoring installed, staging cloned. Nothing changes on production yet.
Rolling update windows
5 sites per week enter the update cadence. Each on your schedule, in your timezone, with rollback ready.
Ongoing care under your brand
Monthly reports go out from your domain. Escalations answered in your voice. I stay invisible.
FAQ
What does 'white-label' mean in practice?
Your client never learns I exist. I work under your brand. Email, reports, ticket replies, WhatsApp handoffs. NDAs signed. You mark up the price. Your account manager stays the face of the relationship.
How does per-site pricing work at agency volume?
Fleet pricing kicks in at 5+ sites. Care from $69 per site per month, Care+ from $179 per site per month, Commerce from $349 per site per month. About 30% off retail. Above 25 sites we move to a flat-fee retainer with a dedicated hour bank.
What breaks if I need to escalate on a Sunday?
You get a private WhatsApp channel with response SLAs. 30 minutes for a site-down, 4 hours for degraded, next business day for cosmetic. I already run 150+ sites this way, so the muscle is real, not marketing copy.
Do you handle client-facing reports and comms?
Yes. Branded monthly PDF reports in your visual identity, sent from a mailbox on your domain. Optional: I attend quarterly client review calls as your 'senior WordPress engineer.'
How do we onboard a fleet without breaking sites?
Batched onboarding at 5 sites per week. Audit, hardening, backup baseline, staging clone, first update window. Full rollback plan on every site before I touch it. Nothing goes live without your sign-off in week one.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three-month minimum for the discount tier so onboarding cost isn't wasted. After that, 30-day rolling. Zero lock-in beyond that. If it doesn't fit, we part cleanly and I hand back all monitoring and access.
Can you also do dev work, or just maintenance?
Both. Every plan includes an hour bank for dev work. Small features, template tweaks, plugin patches. Bigger projects quoted separately at agency-discounted rates.
